Total domination. I looked at the stats. I was surprised to see Darnold had over 300 yards passing. He was on his backside most of the night if not turning the ball over. Now, if Bama lays an egg, wonder what will be said.

I remember recording a lot of bowl games on VHS not too many years ago and then later on DVD. Even the sorry lower ranks bowls. I have some good ones also. I have, in the offseason, gone back and watched a DVD of a game here or there. Nowadays, there are so many I have no care about watching.

I am nowhere near an NFL guy, but I would have some fears about taking him in as my team's first draft pick. Injuries about every year in college and the concussion.

Some posters on other sites were saying that the Buckeyes didn't belong because of the big loss at Iowa. Southern Cal lost by a huge amount at Notre Dame. Granted, the Irish are better than Iowa, I guess. Howver, the Irish were spanked in their last two losses 79-28. Southern Cal did not lose again ...

I would like to join in next season if everyone is still here. Is anyone doing a bowl pick 'em?

Looking at Congroves numbers and stuff, I wonder why Notre Dame is so far down the list with the number one SOS, while Troy is above them with 124th ranked SOS. Notre Dame lost to Miami, Georgia, and Stanford two of those being away games. All of those teams played in their conference championships....

I feel that they had to ask and debate the same things we did. Alabama didn't win division, Ohio State had a bad loss, Auburn has three losses, Buckeyes won Big Ten, even after last night Wisconsin only had one loss, etc.

Will they put new parameters in place if the national title game is all SEC?

It calculates each team's entire season, wins, losses, strength of schedule, what types of teams each team beat, what types of teams each team lost to. I am not saying it is perfect, but just something I kee...

They ESPN guys are going at it. They are saying to look at the wins for these teams that should be #4, not the losses. Okay.

Will the committee also factor in what Notre Dame has done in the last two games out of three when playing teams with a pulse? Being outscored 79-28. Just wondering what kind of stats and numbers these members are throwing around.

Thy are in a pickle this season. Top three has to be Clemson, Oklahoma, and Georgia. If Bama is ranked 4th, we stand the chance of an all SEC national championship game.
