That worked out well for Louisville. I had an "all I want for Christmas" wish and my two came true. Victories over UK and Texas A&M; of course, some new front teeth would not be too bad either.

After a lousy start to the season going 0-3, UL rallies to end the season 7-5 with a comeback win over UK at their field. Next a close bowl game win against another SEC team, Texas A&M. UL finishes the season with two straight wins over the SEC, holding on to defeat the Aggies in the Music City Bowl. Life is fun for now.

Well, darn and all that stuff. We failed to beat UK and i have to suffer hearing of that all season. Hope we get another chance at them in the tournament.

Well, 7 p.m tonight Louisville plays Texas A&M with a chance to boost their year to above average. We've had a lot of those "what if" games this year but we lost 'em closely. We did whip UK (always a season plus). i don't know what's going on in College Station with A&M but two QBs...

Well, in this case I go both ways. I like them to get whipped and I like the media to come up with all sorts of lame excuses why. I hear so much SEC rah-rah stuff from UK bluenecks I can not be very objective.

UL is taking care of business and pounding those they should pound. Two 5th year seniors who have transferred in for a year are providing shooting firepower we haven't seen in several years. During last season and this year too Louisville played the quarterback shuffle trying 3 different ones and not finding much consistency. Our situation has stabilized with Lamar Jackson who is slippery and freaky fast when he runs. Once he gets better at reading the defense his passing, which is good...

Finally it appears UL has a team that has a few shooters on it. Good games so far and should be primed for this year's tournament with all the talent he brought in. We have 3 7 footers; but, frankly none of them are great though one is improved this year.

Remeber all the fuss a year or two back when we all (almost all anyway) wised they would stop using computers for the NC and an unbiased selection committee of humans would make the best choices. Sometimes it's upsetting to get what you wished for !
