The Feds are now wanting to get involved and even suing the NCAA? Big surprise there! This is how they use activist court judges to get their way when the ballot box or congressional votes don't go their way. Notice how the lawsuit just kind of "assumes" that they should already be treated...

The weather has been crazy lately!! It's been in the high 40s low 50s at night, and not getting above 80 or so during the day.

This type of weather is usually gone by end of March down here.

The question is, what led those schools to the state of making a list like that. And what can they do to get off of it.
