Yeah, I was just looking this over.

Schools not being able to block a transfer. I like it, so long as we don't see kids jumping from school to school.

Ultimately, it really should come down to where a student feels most comfortable.

I caught some of the Ohio St spring game, and the qb's looked pretty exciting.

Not sure how much can be taken from the spring outings. Though, some were fun to watch.
