I haven't watch very many of the bowls to date. I used to watch them all. I just am not going to help the networks sell soap when players are opting out or taking themselves out early. If they don't care, neither do I. Last year during the Mizzu game with Ohio State taught me a lot about caring.

It seem the boosters who run these collectives and their schools are every bit as dumb as the George Steinbrenner’s of the world. Hopefully they won’t do to CFB what they did to MLB. What’s troubling to me is we’ve been down this booster road before……… back in the 80’s in the now defunct Southwest ...

Actually, I think I lean toward not playing the bowl games or at least making players declare before whether or not they are playing in the bowl the week after their last game. If they declare, then they don’t travel with the team and they are effectively off the team. I especially don’t like player...

It is hard to pick non playoff games. You don’t know who is playing; who is opting out. I just pick em and forget em.

I was never a huge Mike Leach fan but this is just as true now as then.

Georgia did lose their QB#1, but I think their QB2 may not be much of a drop off, but with a dumbed down offense for QB2 and Notre Dame's D if they can get in his face they could make life uncomfortable for him. I may change. I haven't decided yet.

I am not sure the back up isn't a better player. Just a little inexperienced. I still think Georgia wins, but this will be a good game. Marcus Freeman will has some stuff dialed up for the rook.
